Kimchi-Jjim ( 김치찜 )
Kimchi-Jjim is Braised Kimchi with Pork belly. Aged and well-fermented Kimchi will give you a deep and thick flavour. You will not regret it to try.
On your rice bowl, make a little rice pile using a chopstick and put a piece of pork belly on top. Then use a nice long piece of Kimchi to wrap the pork and rice together and have a big bite for a mouth full of flavour.
Soon-Tofu( 순두부 )
Soon-Tofu is a Spicy soft-tofu stew with various seafood. Korean people tend to have this in order to get rid of hang-over. Yes, you can select your spice level from mild to super spicy.

Bulgogi ( 불고기 )
Bulgogi is one of classic Korean dishes where thinly shaved meat is marinated in a sweet and savoury sauce made of soy sauce, sugar, and fruits.
Jap-Che-Bop ( 炒牛肉, 잡채밥 )
Jap-Che is a Potato Noodle(Glass Noodle). Bop means steamed rice.
Noodle and Sliced/Marinated beefs are cooked together and served with steamed rice.
It is not spicy at all so it is recommended to kids or people who don't like spicy food.
Bibimbop ( 불고기 비빔밥 )
Bibimbap simply translates to “mixed rice with meat and assorted vegetables“.
It is probably one of the most well-known and beloved Korean dishes for many people. Even if people don’t know anything about Korea, it’s not too difficult to find people who had Bibimbap sometime in their lives.
Dack-Galbi( 辣炒鸡肉, 닭갈비 )
Dack is Chicken in Korean. Galbi means bone but we use boneless chicken for ease to enjoy
This is the best seller at Restaurant Kchefs at the moment.
If you want to start Korean food, I strongly recommend it as almost everyone likes chicken.
We only use Chicken Thigh to make it as it is soft and tender part in our experience.
Don't forget to have a Kimchi which is a Korean Soul Food. It is served as a side dish.
Jeyuk-Dupbop( 辣炒猪肉, 제육덮밥 )
"Jeyuk" means pork meat and "Dupbop" means a steamed rice dish with cooked food on top.
Normally, Korean Spicy Paste is used to marinate the pork meat.
It can be a little too spicy for the people who does not enjoy spicy foods.
Tteokbokki ( 떡볶이 )
Tteokbokki is a Pan-fried Rice cake with Korean chilli paste and topping of choice, Seafood, Cheese or Fried Chicken, which will highly complement the dish.
It is a representative Korean spicy food.
You can select the spice level from 1(Normal) to 3(Crazy).. Yummy...!!!!
